Please complete this form if you will require our assistance with de-installing and then re-installing your machine(s).

These services are necessary when the machine(s) need to be tipped for one or more stairs. Any damages that happen during the move are your responsibility, whether you have a service agreement or not.

The concern about tipping is critical with wide-format equipment. If you are 100% certain there is no tipping of the equipment required, then we will not have to de-install and re-install the equipment. For office equipment, please contact our Service Team to discuss your situation so we can determine whether you will need our services or not.

If you wish to have your equipment relocated, please read the following:
For relocating your printing equipment, please contact one of our Recommended Moving Companies* and select a date that is a minimum of 2 weeks away to accommodate our service department schedule. Tell the moving company what model (s) of equipment you want to move. The moving company will also need to know the following information:

  • The current address of the equipment: Are there any stairs involved? If there is more than 1 step, then we consider the machine having to be tipped which will require the equipment to be deinstalled and then reinstalled at the new location.
  • Provide all details of how the equipment will leave the building including the number of stairs, number of landings, width of stairs, and width of landings. Is there an elevator? If so, provide a door and the depth and width of the elevator. Is there any passageway or doorway less than 36 inches wide? If so, provide width and details.
  • New address of the equipment: Provide all details of how the equipment will enter the building and travel to its new location including the number of stairs, number of landings, width of stairs, and width of landings. Is there an elevator? If so, provide a door and the depth and width of the elevator. Is there any passageway or doorway less than 36” wide? If so, provide width and details.
The costs associated with the moving company are your responsibility and they will bill you directly.

Once you have the dates from the moving company, please contact our service coordinator Dan Branzetti at (781) 919-0002 to schedule your deinstall and reinstall (if needed).

The cost for our services is as follows:
  • De-installation is $275 for the first 30 minutes onsite and $150 per hour thereafter.
(Some HP models require the ink service station to be replaced for the move which ranges from $475-$600 depending on the model.)
  • Re-installation is $275 for the first 30 minutes onsite and $150 per hour thereafter.
Any damage caused during or because of the move is your responsibility to pay whether under a service agreement or not.
